It is also compatible with iPhone and iPod Touch. Just like TEFview for iOS, our free file viewer, TEFpad opens, displays, prints and plays all TablEdit files (.tef format). It imports as well many types of music files (ASCII tablatures, ABC files, MusicXML, MIDI, Guitar Pro, PowerTab.). In addition to this, TEFpad opens TabRite files and lets you create new tablature arrangements from scratch. The files you have created on your device with TEFpad can be edited and saved without any limitation. Warning: You can edit files not created with TEFpad or imported into TEFpad, but only the first 16 measures can be saved. Likewise the app does not allow copying the contents of one of these files into another. To get rid of these limitations, you can upgrade to TEFpad Pro (available as an In-App purchase). Works well with Abc notation, midi, tef files. Please please add Files app support ie ios 11 folder support for 5 stars.Īlso open in please, as dropbox dead, no cloud. Support fixed & attended to issues reported, thank youĪlso allow custom instruments ie input for tabs eg x number of strings and string notes for lute and other custom stringings. Would be important to add solfege notation conversion (eg C D E F G to do re mi fa sol), can add as lyrics or a superscript option to midi and abc notation export/conversion which can be turned on/off. I don't understand this comment which starts from 5 stars and ends up at 1 star. In the meantime WAV export has been added without any recognition. The ability to add songs to the ABC file as well. "And how or why does this seem to make the note change from black to some other color?" I'm ready to fix bugs but you have to send me specific examples of these bugs. Here's all I've found out so far about the note colors. Looks like there are 2 methods to get rid of red & blue notes (caused by stem-direction changes) & make them show up as black. The longer method is the way I'd been doing it all this time: The second method below is quick (one keypress but you have to keep doing it for each file), whereas the first method involves changing the prefs but then it will apply to *every* file you open (I think). On TablEdit's "File" menu, select "Options", click "Screen" tab, make sure there is *NOT* a checkmark in the box for "Duration Errors".
